Whether you’re a seasoned astronomer or simply curious about the wonders of the universe, Mayo Dark Sky Park offers a unique and unforgettable experience for all who venture there. Mayo Dark Sky Park at Wild Nephin National Park is also the proud recipient of International Dark Sky Place of the Year award from DarkSky International. It means a great deal considering there are now over 200 dark sky places around the world.

Led by Georgia MacMillan, this is part of the weekly Dark Sky Walks series, walk will take place on Friday, March 7th  starting from 8pm.
Stargazing along the way, weather permitting; walks continue in most conditions EXCEPT weather warnings, heavy rain or icy conditions affecting road safety. Dress appropriately – longest route approx 2.5km.
