Laurynas Zubrickas is one of Ireland’s many astrophotographers who are new to the hobby, his talk will be about his journey in Astrophotography.
Laurynas started into astrophotography as an amateur landscape photographer with only a tripod and an entry level DSLR camera. Over the last few years, he progressed further into astrophotography and now has a purpose-built pier in the back garden where he captures deep sky objects. Most of Laurynas’ astrophotography is done in county Wicklow. He wants to share his journey about this fascinating hobby including hurdles, tips , equipment involved and practical advice for anyone who is interested in wanting to learn about getting started in astrophotography
